Finding Primary FTP Credentials Print

Your cPanel credentials can also be used to connect via FTP.  This primary account will give you access to everything within your hosting account.

To obtain these credentials through OnTheCloud.co, do the following...

1. Once logged in to OnTheCloud.co, select "Services > My Services" in the menu.
2. You will then see all of the services and hosting accounts you have with OnTheCloud.co.  Click "View Details" next to the hosting account you want to access.
3. At the top click on the link that says "Change Password" (even though we know you're not changing the password).
4. Toward the top of the page it will list the user name and the password separated by a slash.
